3.VIP Enquiries Map

Accessing VIP Enquiries Map

Navigate to the Flights section and under Maps & Empty Legs, click the “VIP Enquiries Map” Button.

Overview

The VIP Enquiries Map allows you to view all enquiries with the VIP type. The interface displays enquiry routes and empty leg paths on a map for the selected period.

You can filter enquiries and empty legs using various parameters to obtain the specific information you need.

Map Description

Show Selector

At the top of the map, the Show selector determines what is displayed:

  • Enquiries & Empty Legs (default)

  • Empty Legs Only

  • Enquiries Only

Enquiries on the Map

Enquiries appear as coloured lines on the map. Each colour represents the enquiry status:

  • New – Very dark pink

  • Quoted – Dark blue

  • WON – Dark moderate lime green

An arrow on each line indicates the current location of the enquiry:

  • Arrow at the departure airport → the enquiry has not departed

  • Arrow at the arrival airport → the enquiry has arrived

When hovering over a blue point, airport details appear (Airport Name, Codes, City, Country).

Clicking a blue point shows enquiry details, including:

  • Flight departure date

  • Route

  • Aircraft

  • Status

  • Broker

  • Office

  • Enquiry ID

A list of enquiries is displayed on the right side of the interface.

  • Clicking a row highlights only that enquiry on the map.

  • Double-clicking a row opens the enquiry page.

Empty Legs on the Map

Empty legs appear as dotted vivid orange lines, each with an arrow indicating the current position:

  • Arrow at departure airport → empty leg not yet departed

  • Arrow at arrival airport → empty leg arrived

A red arrow pointing to a plane  AI-generated content may be incorrect.

Only empty legs with Open status appear on the map.

Hovering over their blue points shows airport information (Name, Codes, City).

Clicking a point displays empty leg details:

  • Flight date

  • Route

  • Aircraft

  • Status

  • Operator

  • Empty leg ID

A white rectangular box with black text  AI-generated content may be incorrect.

An Empty Legs list is displayed on the right side:

  • Clicking a row shows only that empty leg on the map

  • Double-clicking opens the empty leg page

Sorting and Filtering

Main Filters

Located at the top of the page:

  • Origin – departure airport (enquiry)

  • Dest – arrival airport (enquiry)

  • From Date / To Date

  • Change Period – quick period selector

  • Status – enquiry status

  • From Airport – empty leg departure

  • To Airport – empty leg arrival

  • From Country – empty leg departure country

  • To Country – empty leg arrival country

  • From Region – empty leg departure region

  • To Region – empty leg arrival region

Additional Filters (via the Filters Button)

  • Ref – enquiry reference

  • REG – empty leg registration

  • Type – VIP type (default)

  • Source – enquiry source

  • Brokers – enquiry broker

  • ACFT Type – aircraft type

  • Customer – enquiry customer

  • Office – company office

  • Operator – empty leg operator

  • Show All Type – displays all available aircraft types

Clearing Filters

Use the Clear Filters button to reset all selections.
