Creating an Enquiry
New enquiries can be created using the appropriate Enquiry Wizard.
The wizard supports two creation methods:
-
Parse customer text – Paste an email or message from the customer. The system automatically extracts available information and populates the enquiry fields.
-
Manual entry – Complete the enquiry fields manually without using text parsing.
Always review the extracted or manually entered information before creating the enquiry.
