Product Purchase Order quick creation

Home page → Inventory Requests → Cake Request → Request Items tab

Overview

With this option, you can create a purchase order from selected inventory request for items that have run out

Please, select the required Cake request and move to the Requested Items tab.
Tick one or several items, click the Create Purchase Order button and the form for quick creation will be open

Description, Qty, Product, Purchase unit, P.Qty will be completed automatically from the request, but the fields are editable

3. Specify product Supplier and press the Save button

Please note, all suppliers are available in the drop-down

4. After successful creation, the LPO button will appear opposite the product line and you can switch to the related purchase order

Also, you have an opportunity to create a purchase order from the Requested items tab

The difference is that you can view the exact list of vendors that handle products added at your request.

You need to move to the Request Items tab, specify the supplier on the list, then tick item and click the Create Purchase Order button

The supplier will be already selected in the creation form

Continue the LPO creating as in the Requested Items tab

Also, you can create and manage the Product Purchase Orders from Home Page →Warehouse → Inventory Requests → Product Purchase Orders
