Charter Quotation Tool is a system for processing charter inquiries with integrated accounting. It covers  full operational procedures of sales/brokerage department from a Customer request till the final agreement and flight tracking. Charter Quotation module provides ability to create several route options, use local or UTC timing, filter aircraft types, operators and fleet appropriate for the inquiry; generate the request message to selected operators or make full charter calculation embracing all associated expenses and rates, calculate the margin, confirm sell price, prepare and send the Customer quote, agreement, invoice; generate briefs for confirmed flights.
