VIP Operators

Accessing the VIP Operators Page

Navigate to the Contractors section and under the Operators Types Section click the “VIP Operators” Button. 

Overview

This interface offers a detailed view of all VIP operators, providing tools for easy navigation, data filtering, and reporting.

• Filters: Efficiently locate entries with specific characteristics using filtering options.

• Reports: Export data for enhanced analysis.

• Deleted Operators: View a list of deleted VIP operators.

• Linked Aircraft: Identify VIP operators who have linked aircraft.

List Fields Explained

• Operator: Aviation service provider at the airport or airfield.

• Status: Current operational status of the VIP operator.

• Countries: Location country of the operator.

• State: State abbreviation where the operator is based.

• Compliance: Additional compliance notes.

• Credit Rating: Information on the credit rating.

• Type: Type classification of the VIP operator.

• Aircraft: Count of linked VIP operators.

• Actype: Types of linked aircraft.

• REG No: Registration number for the aircraft.

• Based: ICAO code for the operator’s based airport.

• MAX PAX: Maximum passenger capacity.

• MAX Payload: Maximum load capacity.

• YOM: Year of manufacture for the aircraft.

• Office: Company name of the operator.

• External ID: SLX ID (unique identifier).

• Creating a VIP Operator: Use the create button to add a new VIP operator.

• Deleting a VIP Operator: Select the VIP operator and use the delete button for removal.

Sorting and Filtering Options

• Accessing Filters:

  • Click Filters and select fields to filter results.

• Filter Options:

  • Selectors: Filter by fields like Status, Aircraft Type, Based, Country, State, Region, Services, Categories, and Types.

  • Input Fields: Refine results by entering values in fields such as Operator, Reg. No, Payload, Year, and Pax.

  • Checkboxes:

    • Deleted: Shows deleted VIP operators when checked.

    • Operating: Displays only VIP operators with linked aircraft.

• Quick Search Capabilities:

  • Search quickly by columns such as Operator, Status, Country, State, Compliance, Credit Rating, Type, Aircraft, Reg No, Based, MAX PAX, MAX Payload, Office, and External ID.
