Accessing ULD Control

Navigate to the Cargo Handling section and under Cargo Warehouse click the “ULD Control” Button.

Overview

The ULD (Unit Load Device) Control Page is designed to manage and track ULDs within an air cargo management system. Below is a guide to understanding the key components and functionalities of this page:

Main Components:

1. Search Section:

   • Purpose: Allows you to search and filter ULDs based on specific criteria.

   • Fields:

     • Date Type: Select the type of date to filter by (e.g., creation date).

     • From Date / To Date: Set the date range for your search.

2. Categories and Conditions Filters:

   • Categories: Select one or more categories to filter the ULDs. For example, this could include different types of ULDs, ownership status, or other classifications.

   • Conditions: Select one or more conditions to filter the ULDs, such as their current state (e.g., "own", "ok").

3. List of ULDs:

   • Pallet No / Type: Each ULD is listed with its unique Pallet Number and Type.

   • Company Information:

     • Team/Company: Indicates which team or company is responsible for the ULD.

     • Date & Time: The date and time when the ULD was last updated or scanned.

     • Additional Details: Other relevant details such as aircraft type, registration number, and route.

Managing ULDs:

1. To Update ULD Information:

   • Select a ULD from the list.

   • Edit the relevant fields such as Type, Condition, Company, etc.

   • Click Update to save the changes.

2. To Add a New ULD:

   • Click on the New button.

   • Fill in the details such as Pallet No, Type, Company, etc.

   • Click Update to add the new ULD to the list.

3. To Delete a ULD:

   • Select the ULD from the list.

   • Click the Delete button.

   • Confirm the deletion if prompted.
