Overview

This interface helps you to look through the information about shipments profit during the selected period.

With the help of filters, it is possible to find the necessary AWB quicker or to select those entries that meet your requirements.

There you can see the detailed information about the amount of revenue and expenses and their sum according to the jobs availability. 

The reports help to export the information in a more convenient view to conducting the necessary analysis.

List description:

  • AWB No – the number of the transport document accompanying air cargo
  • PCS – the amount of pieces
  • Origin – the icao code of the origin
  • Dest – the icao code of the destination
  • Status – the AWB’s condition
  • Request
  • Standby
  • Forward
  • Waiting 
  • Off-loaded
  • Not-complete
  • Planned
  • UnPlanned 
  • Pod
  • Departure
  • Arrival
  • Transit
  • Missing
  • Canceled
  • Customer – the name of the customer that was selected in the AWB
  • Company – the name of the office
  • Stock Company – the airline that will carry the cargo
  • F – the tick
    is shown in case of the freight collect 
  • Net. Weight – the gross weight of the cargo
  • CH. Weight – the calculated chargeable weight
  • Departure date – the departure date of AWB from Origin
  • Pickup date – the expected at warehouse date provided by the Customer 
  • Arrival date – the AWB date of arrival to destination
  • Booking date – the date of AWB booking
  • Calculated turnover – the total income * rate on the Revenue tab
  • Actual turnover – the total income that has linked job * rate on the Revenue tab
  • Turnover difference – the difference between the Actual turnover and Calculated turnover
  • Calculated Expenses – the total amount of expenses * rate on the Expenses tab
  • Actual Expenses – the total amount of expenses that has linked job * rate on the Expenses tab
  • Expenses difference – the difference between the Actual Expenses and Calculated Expenses
  • Calculated Profit – the difference between the Calculated turnover and Calculated Expenses
  • Actual Profit – the difference between Actual turnover and Actual Expenses
  • Profit difference – the difference between the Actual Profit and Calculated Profit

How to open the different view of interface:

  • You have an opportunity to open:
  • List view of interface
  • Customer view of interface
  • Origin view of interface
  • Destination view of interface
  • Stock company view of interface
  • Commodity Type view of interface
  • List view 

Select the List tab to display the full information about Shipments Profit. There you can find extended data about the amount of revenue and expenses, the sum in case of linked job and the difference between them, etc.

  • Customer view

Select the Customer/Origin/Destination/Stock company/Commodity Type tabs to open the diagrams.

    • You have an opportunity to select the Default view of interface, By Month or By Year variants
    • Select the information that will be displayed. It can be AWB, Calculated or Actual
    • In case of the Default View, you can select the Pie Chart and Columns view

    • In case of the By Month or By Year variant, you can select the Pie Chart, Columns, or Lines views

How to display data in another currency:

  • You have an opportunity to recounted data in the interface
    • Select the period and necessary currency 
    • Click the Search button
    • Pay attention that the columns with information about revenue and expenses will be recounted

Sorting and filtering

  • You have an opportunity to make the filtration by:
    • Origin, Destination, Customer, Company, Stock, Statuses, Teams, Currency, WH, Date type selectors
    • Stock, Broker, Awb No input fields

Reports

You have an opportunity to export the information in a more convenient view to conducting the necessary analysis. Click the Reports button and select the Awb Profit report.

You can get the information in the PDF or XLS formats.

All columns from the interface will be shown in these reports.
