Services Payment Types

Accessing Services Payment Types

Navigate to the Settings section and under the System Setup Section click the “System Settings” Button. Then under the Flights Section click the “Services Payment Types" button.

Overview

This section allows users to choose and manage payment methods for flight-related services.

Main Functionalities

The Services Payment Types interface consists of:

1. Search Bar – Filter entries by:

   • Payment Method

   • Payment Name

2. Existing Payment Types List – Displays available service payment types with the following columns:

   • Payment Method – The mode of payment (e.g., cash, credit card, invoice).

   • Payment Name – The specific payment option used.

3. Editor Panel – Provides options to edit or delete existing entries.

Important Notes

• New payment types cannot be added directly from the User Interface.

• Payment types are customized separately for each client and must be configured by the system administrator.

Managing Services Payment Types

Editing an Existing Payment Type

1. Select the desired payment type from the list.

2. The Editor Panel will update automatically with the selected entry.

3. Make the necessary changes.

4. Click Save to apply the updates.

Deleting a Payment Type

1. Select the required payment type from the list.

2. The Delete button will appear in the Editor Panel.

3. Click Delete to remove the selected payment type.
