Operator Notification Won / Lost

Home→ Flights→ Enquiry→ Office Enquiries→ Open a required Enquiry→ Operator

Once the Quote is accepted and sent to the Customer, broker should notify both "won" and "lost" Operators. Emails can be sent directly from Enquiry.

1.  Open Operators Tab→ Tick the Operator> REQUEST:Text

        2.  Select Template→ Notify_Operator_Won_Lost (template name can differ)

        3.  Amend the emails if required

        4.  2 emails should be created: one for the won Operator and one for the lost Operators
        5.  Select the Contacts→ Press "Send All" button
