Accessing the My Customers Page
Navigate to the Contractors section and under the Clients Section click the “My Customers” Button.
Overview
The "My Customers" page lists customers filtered by the Broker setting. You’ll only see customers where the Broker in Customer Settings aligns with the Linked Entity in your User Settings.
Customer List
Each customer entry includes details:

Company: Customer’s name

Company Reg. Name: Full registered name

Status: Customer status

Compliance: Customer’s compliance status

S.P.: Sales person or Broker name

Credit (D): Credit days
-
Credit (A): Credit amount
-
Cur: Customer’s currency
-
Office: Customer's office location
-
Country/City: Customer’s country and city
-
E-mail/Phone: Contact details
-
Industry: Type of industry
-
Prospect: Prospect status
How to Create a Customer

Click the New Customer button on the left side of the screen.

Complete the form with customer information.
Filtering Options
To refine the customer list:

Click the Filter button.

Customer Code
-
Phone
-
E-mail
-
Country/State
-
Greetings
-
Types, Services, Categories
-
Alphabetical Order, New on Top, Deleted

Sorting Options
Sort the customer list by:

Company Name, City, Category

ID
-
Office
-
Broker (default)
-
Status
Available Buttons
-
Search/Refresh: Search for data or refresh the list.

Clear Filters: Remove all active filters.

Groups: Access the Customer Groups page.

Import: Import customers into Awery. Refer to the Customer Import link for details.

Export Reports: Export reports in XLS format.
