Mails Database
Accessing the Mails Database Interface
Navigate to the Cargo section and under Shipments click the “Mails Database” Button.
The Mails Database interface allows you to efficiently manage and search through Air Waybill (AWB) records by filtering through various parameters such as date, origin, destination, warehouse, and more. Below is a step-by-step guide to using this interface.
Quick Search
AWB No.
Search by AWB Number: Enter the specific AWB number into the Quick Search bar to locate a particular record instantly.
Date Type
Choose Date Type: Select the type of date you wish to filter by (e.g., Creation Date, Shipment Date, etc.).
From Date / To Date
Set Date Range: Use the calendar tool to select the start and end dates to filter AWBs within a specific time frame.
From Date: Select the beginning of the date range.
To Date: Select the end of the date range.
Statuses
Filter by Status: Select the statuses relevant to your search. You can choose multiple statuses to refine your results.
The status selections you make will narrow down the AWBs displayed in the results.
Teams
Filter by Team: If your company is divided into teams, select the team or teams associated with the AWBs you wish to view.
Origin, Transit, and Destination
Origin: Specify the origin location of the shipment to filter AWBs starting from a particular location.
Transit: If applicable, choose a transit location through which the shipment passed.
Destination: Select the destination to filter AWBs arriving at a specific location.
Warehouse (WH)
Filter by Warehouse: Choose the warehouse where the AWBs are stored or processed. This helps in locating specific AWBs within a particular warehouse.
Customer
Filter by Customer: If you are looking for shipments associated with a particular customer, select the customer’s name from the dropdown list.
AWB/Pieces, Weight, Chargeable Weight, Volume
AWB/Pieces: View the number of pieces associated with the AWB.
Weight: Check the total weight of the AWB. (Displayed in kilograms, KG)
Chargeable Weight: View the chargeable weight, which may differ from the actual weight depending on the shipment's dimensions and density.
Volume: See the total volume of the AWB in cubic meters (m3).
Total Revenue
Revenue Details: Displays the total revenue generated from the AWB records within your filtered search criteria.
