HR Queries Types

Accessing HR Queries Types

Navigate to the Settings section and under the System Setup Section click the “System Settings” Button. Then under the Employees Section click the “HR Queries Types" button.

Overview

The HR Queries Types allows users to manage different types of HR queries, each assigned a specific color code for easy categorization and identification. This interface enables adding, updating, and deleting query types.

Main Features

  1. HR Queries Table

    • Displays the following details: 

      • Type: Name of the HR query type (e.g., GREEN, CYAN, BLACK).

      • Code: Short code associated with the query type.

      • Color: Unique color assigned for identification.

  2. Actions Panel (Right Side)

    • Update: Modify the selected query type.

    • New: Add a new HR query type.

    • Delete: Remove an existing query type.

  3. Input Fields for Adding/Editing Entries

    • Type: Name of the query type (e.g., GREEN).

    • Code: Short abbreviation for the query type.

    • Color: Color selection for visual identification.

Usage Instructions

  1. Select a query type from the table to view or edit details.

  2. Click "New" to add a new query type.

  3. Click "Update" after modifying any field.

  4. Click "Delete" to remove an entry.

  5. Use the search bar to filter records.
