HR Messages Types

Accessing HR Messages Types

Navigate to the Settings section and under the System Setup Section click the “System Settings” Button. Then under the Employees Section click the “HR Messages Types" button.

Overview

The HR Messages Types allows users to manage different types of HR messages. This interface provides options to add, update, and delete message types.

Main Features

  1. HR Messages Table

    • Displays the following details: 

      • Type: The category or type of HR message (e.g., SLAVA TEST MESSAGE TYPE 1, TestType, 12345).

  2. Actions Panel (Right Side)

    • Update: Modify the selected message type.

    • New: Add a new HR message type.

    • Delete: Remove an existing message type.

  3. Input Field for Adding/Editing Entries

    • Type: Name of the message type (e.g., "test").

Usage Instructions

  1. Select a message type from the table to view or edit details.

  2. Click "New" to add a new message type.

  3. Click "Update" after modifying any field.

  4. Click "Delete" to remove an entry.

  5. Use the search bar to filter records.
