How to upload airline logos to the system?

Awery has and use its own database of logos for more than 600 airlines in *.png and *.svg formats in good quality for whole ERP system. If a certain logo is not available, or you need to display the logo in a certain report or email template, you can contact our support and the logo will be added to the place you need in the near future.

How do I add or update an airport, aircraft type, or any other catalog value?

Awery has its own database for the following catalog values:

  • Airports, and highly detailed information about them.

  • Aircraft types

  • Countries and their states

These databases are common and shared to all our customers and can be edited only by our team. If you see that we have missing data or the data needs to be updated, you can leave a request to our support department and it will be resolved in the near future.

Does the ERP support integrations?

The ERP system is flexible enough to support many different types of integrations, both for receiving data from certain sources to update them in the ERP and for sending the necessary information to other sources. In general, you can see the list of available integrations at the following link: Active integrations. At any time, you can contact our support department to discuss what you are missing.

Can Awery ERP be used in offline mode?

Awery ERP is 100% web-based solution, so you can use it online only.

What are system requirements for end-user?

  • Display: Optimal 20-22” with 2560 × 1440 resolution. Minimal is 15” with 1920 x 1080 resolution

  • RAM: - 8+ GB,

  • CPU: Intel i5 generation 5th gen or newer, Apple M1 or newer

  • Browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari browser.

  • OS: Windows, MAC, Linux

  • 1 Mbps Internet connection speed; minimum 4 Mbps for more than 1 active user at once.

How does Awery ensure the security of customer data?

  • All connections are done through secured SSL.

  • Unix based operating system with advanced access setup and security.

  • Life data replication to mirror servers in the cloud.

  • Daily backup of database and files provided to Customer.

  • Cloud hosting in certified network provider that uses industry-best security and encryption.

  • Signed NDA for data protection in place.

  • User management and control are performed by Customer.

  • The user is auto-blocked if a password is wrong during the login (after several attempts).

  • An ability to block user login outside the office network (by IP).

How often are backups created?

Depending on the terms of the contract, backups can be performed daily or several times a day with the ability to restore previous versions.

Can I migrate data from previous systems?

Yes, the Awery team helps with data migration from other ERPs or Excel spreadsheets.

How can I export information from the system?

The system has about two hundred basic reports developed by us in various formats for each part of the system. Currently, we provide the ability to export to xls/xlsx, csv, json, doc/docx, pdf, text. If the basic reports do not suit you, the team is ready to develop a new one after agreeing on the requirements and impact on the system. If you need to export a large amount of information at once, we can download information in csv format directly from the database.
