Main principle
Movement template is done for a certain flight in AWB.
To get the FFR template, open Routing tab in AWB
If the AWB is planned on several flights, you need to choose the one or several for which you need to send the movement template, tick FFR and press EDI message button. Operator will be picked up from flight, but if you selected several flights from different operators, please also select Operator manually.
Choose Text/HTML, select the template to be used for an email. Templates may be customized and include/exclude trucks in message.
