Overview

The interface allows you to create Won/Lost Reasons for Enquiries.

It means when enquiry status will be changed to Won or to Lost you would have an opportunity to specify the reason.

Except creating you also can edit and delete items.

Main functionality on the page:

1.Search allows you to filter entries by the status and by the reason parameters

2. The list of existing items contains the following columns:

Status
Reason

3.Editor - the set of buttons and fields, which helps you to add new items, edit and delete existing entries

To add a new item, please click the +NEW button in the editor and fill the next information:

Reason - enter the data manually

Status - Won status is selected by default but you can select an appropriate option on the drop-down. Available statuses, except Won/Lost, are Cancelled, Won-Cancelled

Both fields are obligatory

After filling the information, press the Save button
In case you need to change some data, you should select the required entry in the list, the information will be displayed in the editor. Click the Save button after editing
To delete, please select the required entry on the list, the information will be displayed in the editor and the Delete button will appear, click it

Using Won/Lost reason in the system:

Enquiry→ Pricing tab

When you confirm the Option you will see Changing Enquiry Status pop-up

When you change Enquiry status in the section with the main data you also have an opportunity to specify the reason

When you change Enquiry status in the list by Set Status button (Settings)
