Enquiry Won/Lost Reasons

Accessing Enquiry Won/Lost Reasons

Navigate to the Settings section and under the System Setup Section click the “System Settings” Button. Then under the Charter Brokerage/Quotes Section click the “Enquiry Won/Lost Reasons" button.

Overview

The Enquiry Won/Lost Reasons interface allows users to create, edit, and delete reasons for changing an enquiry's status.

  • When an enquiry status changes to "Won" or "Lost", a reason can be specified.

  • Additional available statuses: Cancelled, Won-Cancelled

This feature helps track and analyze the reasons behind enquiry outcomes.

Main Functionalities

  1. Search Functionality

  • Allows filtering entries by status and reason.

  1. Data Table Columns

  • Status: Indicates the outcome (Won, Lost, Cancelled, etc.).

  • Reason: The justification for the status change.

  1. Editor Panel

  • Allows users to add, edit, and delete entries.

Adding a New Won/Lost Reason

  1. Click the +NEW button in the Editor panel.

  2. Fill in the required fields:

    • Reason: Enter manually (mandatory).

    • Status: "Won" is selected by default, but you can choose from Won, Lost, Cancelled, or Won-Cancelled (mandatory).

  1. Click Save to confirm the entry.

Editing or Deleting a Won/Lost Reason

  1. Select the required entry from the list.

  2. The information will be displayed in the Editor panel.

  3. To edit:

    • Modify the reason or status and click Save.

  4. To delete:

    • Click the Delete button (visible after selecting an entry).

Using Won/Lost Reasons in the AWERY System

  1. Enquiry > Pricing Tab

  • When confirming an option, a Changing Enquiry Status pop-up will appear.

  • The user must specify a reason when marking an enquiry as Won or Lost.

  1. Changing Enquiry Status

  • When modifying an enquiry status in the main data section, the system prompts the user to select a reason.

  • If using the "Set Status" button in the enquiry list, the user can also specify a reason.
