Overview

AWERY system allows you to set up required Enquiry types and their charter types (related to Enquiry types)

A pre-added enquiry types list is required for quick and easy enquiry creation and editing.

There are four main Enquiry types:

• CommJ - commercial transport
• Cargo - cargo transport
• VIP - transport for a very important person
• OBC - passenger transport

Charter type - you can specify what kind of cargo will be transported

You have an opportunity to view the list of previously created entries and edit it.

Main functionality on the page

1.Search - quick search allows filtering items by the next parameters: name, description, code

2.The list of existing items contains the following columns:

• Name - enquiry type
• Descr - enquiry description
• CODE - enquiry code

3.Editor - the set of buttons and fields, which helps you to add new items, edit and delete existing entries

The process of adding a new Enquiry type can be divided into two stages:

I - New ENQ type creation

II - related entities (charter type) creation

I - New ENQ type creation

• To add new ENQ type, please click the New button in the Editor, fill the required data:

Name - mandatory field

CODE, Description - are optional

NB: Please, create a new type only in case of emergency.

• Confirm creation by clicking Save

  

• In case you need to change some data, please select the necessary item on the list. The information will be displayed in the editor. Click Save after editing
• The Delete button will be available after selecting the entry

NB: Please, delete a type only in case of emergency.

II- related entities (charter type) creation

After creating a new enquiry type, you can add related entities - charter types

• Select the previously created ENQ type on the list. The information will be displayed in the editor, and you will see additional field "Name" and two available buttons

• To add charter type, please click +NEW, fill the Name and click SAVE

•  A new charter type will be displayed in the line below. You can add the required number of entries

• In case you need to edit or delete a charter type, just select it on the list. The data will appear in the editable field Name, and the Delete button will be available

After editing you should click Save or if the entry is already out of date, click Delete

Please note: In case of deleting master entity (ENQ type), related entities (charter type) are also be deleted 

NB: Please, delete main type only in case of emergency.

Using Enquiry Types in the Awery system:

• Drop-down for selecting the Enquiry type and Charter type are presents in all interfaces for creating a new broker enquiry
