Departments and Positions

Open Departments from main menu

Click on New 


  1. Select Office

  2. Give a name of new Department (if you creating sub department select Parent above.

  3. Give a required prior and description

  4. Click on Add button

  5. Go to Positions Tab

  6. Click on New Position

  7. Insert position name

  8. Select prior and give description

  9. To complete click on Save Position

  10. If needed to create another one in same department click on New position and follow from step 5.
