Customer Preferences
Accessing the Customer Preferences Page
Navigate to the Contractors section and under Clients Section click the “Customer Preferences” Button.
Overview
This section lets you view and manage customer preferences. Filters streamline your search, and you can export information for easier viewing. You can manage customer preferences by detailing primary information and additional specifics (like countries, airports, agent types, flight categories, purposes, and preferred/forbidden vendors).
Preference List Details
Each entry in the preference list includes:
Customer: Customer’s name
Prior: Capability priority
Preferred: Preferred vendor(s) (if all are selected, this column is blank)
Forbidden: Forbidden vendor(s) (if all are selected, this column is blank)
Service types: Selected service types (blank if all are selected)
Countries: Selected countries (blank if all are selected)
Airports: Selected airports (blank if all are selected)
Categories: Selected flight categories (blank if all are selected)
Purposes: Selected flight purposes (blank if all are selected)
Agent types: Selected agent types (blank if all are selected)
Equipment: Selected equipment (blank if all are selected)
Notes: Additional information
Internal notes: Internal information
Using the Interface
Filtering: Use the Filters button to filter entries by Agent Types, Flight Category, Purpose, Equipment, Customer, Vendor, Country, Airport, Service Type, or Priority.
Sorting: Sort your entries by various fields to locate specific preferences quickly.
Interior Interface Features
Double-click any customer preference to view it in the interior interface, which has the following sections:
Main Information Block
Required fields: Priority, From Date, and To Date.
Additional fields:
Customer and Priority selectors
From Date and To Date calendars
Fields for Request from, Disbursement Fees, Supervisor Fees, Cancellation Fees, Pricing comments, Surcharges, Notes, and Internal Notes
No Expiry checkbox
Additional Tabs
All Tab: Displays main information according to selections made on the other tabs.
Countries/Airports Tab: All countries and airports are selected by default. Choose specific ones using the Country selector and middle Airport table.
Agent Types/Flight Categories/Purposes Tab: All options are selected by default. You can deselect if needed.
Service Types/Equipment Tab: All options are selected by default.
Preferred & Forbidden Tab: By default, all vendors are selected.
Cloning Capabilities
To create an identical capability, click the Clone button, which copies all tab information.
