Overview
This interface allows viewing the list of available customer fuel rates, to clone them, look through the other fees of flight.
Also, you have an opportunity to make the fuel price request, send the information with the help of templates, and upload the necessary fuel rates.
List description
To see the information in this interface, select the required customer in the “Customer” dropdown
- Airport IATA – the code of the airport according to the International Air Transport Association.
- Airport ICAO – the code of the airport according to the International Civil Aviation Organization.
- Supplier – the organization of fuel supply
- Platts Name – the name of platts where fuel can be bought and sold
- Platts Amount – the rate according to the selected platts
- Rate/Diff – the rate and the difference of the fuel rate
- Other fees – other fuel rate’s costs
- Airport fees – other costs in the airport
- Fuel Margin – the reserve amount of fuel
- Total – the final value of the fuel’s rate
- Currency – the fuel rate’s currency
- Unit - the fuel rate’s unit of measure
- Info – the amount of the original rate
- From – the date from which the rate begins to operate
- To – the date of rate’s end. In case of a tick in the “Price change” field, the cell is highlighted in orange. In case the customer is indicated, the date has a green font
- Quoted – the date of the quoting
- Quoted No - the number of the quote
- Customer – the name of the customer
- Company – the name of the company
- Notes – the space for some important information
- External notes – the space for external notes
- Parent rate – the icon is shown in case there is a parent document. In the short tab click the “Open parent rate” button to open the parent rate
- Clone button – the button to create the same customer fuel rate
- F.Type – the type of flight
- Status - the status of the flight. In case the status is international, the icon of the globe is shown, local – the icon of the marker will appear

How to clone a customer fuel rate
- To create the same customer fuel rate, select it in the list and click the “Clone rate” button
- To confirm the creation, click the “Add rate” button.
How to send the Mail and the Fuel Price Request
- You have an opportunity to send the “Fuel Price Request”
- Click the “Fuel Price Request” button for creation
- Fill in the necessary fields and mark the checkbox
- In case you click the “APPLY” button, select the necessary template from the list using the double click and send it
- There is an opportunity to send email:

- Choose the entry and click the “Mail” button to send the template in HTML or SMS
- Choose the entry and click the “Mail text” button to send the template in TEXT format
How to make notes
- In case you need to make some notes
- click the “Notes” button
- click the “New” button in the new tab
- fill in the necessary fields in the pop-up
- click the green tick to make notes on the red icon to cancel
How to upload Fuel rates
- In case you need to upload fuel rates, use the “Fuel Rates Uploader”

Sorting and filtering
- Click the “Filters” button and select the necessary fields to make the filtration
- In case you want to look through the deleted fuel rates, tick the ”Deleted” checkbox and click the “Search” button
- Click the “Platts” button to view the information about existing platts or to create the new one
Permissions
- Using the “hideQuoteNoColumn” permission, you can hide the “Quoted No” column
- Using the “hideCustomColumns” permission, you can hide the “Company” and the “Notes” columns
- Using the “hideCustRatesBuyingRateInfoColumn” permission, you can hide the “Info” column
- Using the “hidePrint” permission, you prohibit to print reports on fuel and customer fuel rates
- Using the “editRate” permission, you allow to add new and delete existing fuel and customer fuel rate from the list
- Using the “showFuelRatesShort” permission, you hide the short tab in the interface
- Using the “showFuelRateOffer” permission, you allow seeing the “Fuel Rates Offer XLS” report on the “Print” tab
- Using the “showOfferByRatesUnit” permission, you allow seeing the “Offer By Rates Unit XLS” report on the “Print” tab
- Using the “showOurActypes” permission, you have an opportunity to see only your ACTypes in the Fuel Price Request sidebar
- Using the ‘hideMailButton’ permission, you can hide the Mail button.
