Crew Document Types

Overview
The interface allows you to add document types required for all aviation stuff.
The advantage is validity period control. Also, you have an opportunity to edit and delete existing items
Main functionality on the page:
1.Search field allows you to filter information by such parameters as name, code, sys. code, type, n.days
2. Table with data contains the next fields:
Name - document name
- CODE - document code
- Sys.code - system code
- Type - General, Pilot, Attendance, Maintenance
- All Crew - mandatory document for all aviation staff
- N.Days - document validity period
3.Editor - the set of buttons and fields, which helps you to add new items, edit and delete existing entries.
Manuals
- To create a new type, please click the NEW button in the editor and fill in the information:
Name - is a mandatory field
Exp. Days - expire days, enter manually or use count
Attendance - General type is default or you have 3 other options:
- General - document type for all aviation staff
- Pilot - document type only for pilots
- Attendance - document types for cabin crew
- Maintenance - document type for technicians
- Confirm the creation, click the Save button
- In case you need to make some changes, please select the required entry on the list. After editing, click Save
- After selecting the entry, the Delete button becomes available in the Editor and you can delete the entry
Using Crew Document Type in the system:
- Documents are added to each employee depending on the position
- The system sends notifications if some of the documents are expired when you assign crew to the flight
