Contractor Services

Accessing Contractor Categories

Navigate to the Settings section and under the System Setup Section click the “System Settings” Button. Then under the Contractors/CRM  Section click the “Contractor Categories" button.

Overview

The Contractor Services module allows users to create, manage, and categorize contractor services. It also enables marking certain services For Supplier, making them available for specific filtering and selection.

Main Functionalities

  1. Data Table Columns

  • Service: Name of the contractor service.

  • For Supplier: Indicates whether the service is marked for suppliers.

How to Create a Contractor Service

  1. Open the Contractor Services list.

  2. Click the "+" button to open a blank form.

  3. Enter the Service Name.

  4. (Optional) In the Parent Selector, choose a parent service (if applicable).

  5. (Optional) Tick the "For Supplier" checkbox if this service should be available for suppliers.

  6. Click Save to confirm the entry.

How to Delete a Contractor Service

  1. Select the Contractor Service from the list.

  2. Click the Delete button.

Where You Can Use Contractor Services

You can use Contractor Services to filter data using the "Services" selector for:

  • Customers (list of customers)

  • My Customers (personal customer list)

  • Office Customers (office-wide customer list)

  • All Suppliers (complete supplier list)

  • Suppliers (filtered supplier list)

  • Other Suppliers

  • Fuel Suppliers

  • All Operators

  • Comm.J. Operators

  • Cargo Operators

  • VIP Operators

  • Sister Companies

  • Shareholders

  • Hotels

  • Agents

  • CAA Authorities

By marking a Contractor Service as For Supplier, it will appear in the "Segment" selector when creating or filtering contractor data.
