Contractor Greetings

Accessing Contractor Greetings

Navigate to the Settings section and under the System Setup Section click the “System Settings” Button. Then under the Contractors/CRM  Section click the “Contractor Greetings" button.

Overview

The Contractor Greetings module allows users to create, edit, and manage greetings for contractors. These greetings can be used for communication and filtering purposes.

Main Functionalities

1. Data Table Column

• Greeting: The name of the greeting.

How to Create a Contractor Greeting

1. Open the Contractor Greetings list.

2. Click the "+" button to open a blank form.

3. Enter the Greeting Name.

4. Click Save to confirm the entry.

How to Delete a Contractor Greeting

1. Select the Greeting from the list.

2. Click the Delete button.

Where You Can Use Contractor Greetings

1. Filtering Options

You can use Contractor Greetings for filtering in:

• Customers: The list of all customers.

• Office Customers: The list of all office customers.

2. Linked Greetings Selector

You can link Contractor Greetings to the following entities using the "Linked Greetings" selector:

• All Suppliers

• Supplier

• Other Suppliers

• Fuel Suppliers

• All Operators

• VIP Operators

• Comm.J. Operators

• Cargo Operators

• Sister Companies

• Shareholders

• Hotels

• Agents

• CAA Authorities
