Book Types

Overview

In the Book types section, you can add a list of books, documents, manuals, certificates that should be on board.

You have the opportunity to edit existing and delete irrelevant books

Page functionality description

1.Search - allows you to find items by name and by date

2.The list of existing items

• • Name - book title
  • Revision date - revision date of book or document

3. The Editor - the set of buttons and fields, which helps you to add new items, edit and delete existing entries

Manuals

• To add a new item, please click the +NEW button in the editor, and fill in the following data

Name - is a mandatory field

Revision date/time - is optional, you fill date manually or use the date picker

• And press the Save button

  

• In case you need to change some information, please select the required book on the list. The data will be displayed in the editor. After changes, click  Save 
• To delete an irrelevant item, please select it on the list. The Delete button will appear in the editor, click Delete

Using of Book Type sin the system

• The book types list is used in the Aircraft Database section on Manuals subtab
