Accessing Audit Infos
Navigate to the Settings section and under the System Setup Section click the “System Settings” Button. Then under the Accounts Section click the “Audit Infos" button.
Overview
The Audit Infos module allows users to create, edit, and delete audit settings, including different categories, qualifications, and types. These settings can then be used in other audit-related lists.
List Description
The Audit Sources Tab
This tab allows you to manage audit categories, qualifications, and types.

Create a new entry: Click the New button.

Edit an existing entry: Make changes and click Save.

Delete an entry: Select the entry and click Delete.
The Audit Index Tab
This tab contains basic audit details:

Duration – Defines the audit duration.

Repeated – Specifies whether the audit is recurring.

Type – Audit type.
-
Code – Audit identification code.

Required Audit Qualification – Defines necessary qualifications for the audit.
How to Use This Feature
Audit settings created here can be used across other audit-related modules within the system.
