Announcement Tags
Accessing Announcement Categories
Navigate to the Settings section and under the System Setup Section click the “System Settings” Button. Then under the Contractors/CRM Section click the “Announcement Categories" button.


Overview
The Announcement Tags module allows users to manage tags for categorizing announcements. Tags help in organizing and filtering announcements efficiently within the system.
Features
Search Tags: Use the search bar to find specific tags quickly.
View Tags: The list displays all available tags in the system.
Add New Tag: Users can create new tags using the provided input field.
Update Tag: Modify existing tags using the "Update" button.
Delete Tag: Remove unwanted tags from the system.
User Interface
The page consists of the following elements:
Search Bar: Located at the top for searching specific tags.
Tags List: Displays available tags such as "QA tag," "Tag_1," "Tag_2," etc.
Tag Input Field: Allows users to enter a new tag name.
Buttons:
Update: Updates the selected tag.
New: Adds a new tag.
Delete: Removes the selected tag.
How to Use
Adding a New Tag:
Click on the "New" button.
Enter the tag name in the input field.
Click the "Update" button to save.
Updating a Tag:
Select a tag from the list.
Modify the tag name in the input field.
Click the "Update" button to apply changes.
Deleting a Tag:
Select the tag to delete.
Click the "Delete" button to remove it.
